Eucromía: a symphony of light, colour and flavour

The main hall of Shiras Galería hosts a unique proposal that brings together contemporary art and signature cuisine, in a surprising dialogue between the work of artist Ricardo Escavy and the culinary creativity of chefs Sergio Rozas and Ibai Bengoetxea, from the Somos Raro restaurant.

The experience begins with the exhibition Eucromía, where light is the absolute protagonist: it not only illuminates, but also acts as the brush that shapes the colour. Through abstract compositions, Escavy invites us to immerse ourselves in a purely sensorial dimension, where colours speak for themselves and awaken deep emotions.

Inspired by this chromatic atmosphere, the chefs will design an exclusive tasting that, like the works in the exhibition, deconstructs the familiar to offer a new and exciting interpretation of flavours. Each dish dialogues with a work of art, creating an experience in which art is contemplated… and also savoured.
