Come and live a unique experience: the work of the Valencian artist Enrique Asensi, recently presented in Valencia, inspires the Valencian chocolate manufacturer Sukar to create unique textures and flavours. Sukar, Author’s Pastry Shop. Arturo Salvador.

 

He is a benchmark in Valencian haute patisserie, renowned for his creativity and innovation in the world of chocolate and signature desserts.

 

Enrique Asensi, 1950 Valencia. Lives and works between Catalonia and Cologne. He is a prestigious Valencian sculptor with a long career.

 

Asensi’s work has served as inspiration for the master chocolatier Arturo Salvador, reinterpreting his textures, colours and emotions in a gastronomic journey where chocolate is the protagonist.

 

Through innovative techniques and a careful selection of ingredients, attendees will be able to taste unique creations that transfer the art from the eye to the palate. Each bite will be an ephemeral work of art, inspired by the depth and sensitivity of Asensi’s work.
