Immerse yourself in 16th century Gandía, where the Dukes of Gandía lived their period of splendour thanks to sugar cane. After a guided tour of their majestic palace, focusing on this ‘white gold’ that was exported all over the world, visitors will be able to taste three sweets with typical ingredients of the period, but made with a modern twist. Chocolate with nuts and freeze-dried raspberries, frangipane and baked truffle tartlet and almond and orange biscuit, will be the sweets that Pastisseria Tano, great professionals in the world of confectionery in La Safor, will present in this gastronomic proposal.
