Enter the Benlliure House Museum, a painter’s residence and a magnificent example of bourgeois life in València at the end of the 19th century. Walk through the family rooms, the secluded garden and the surprising studio of José Benlliure. The visit, guided by the museum director himself, will pay special attention to some of the works that reflect the gastronomy of the time.

After this visit, the chef Roger Julián, from the Simposio restaurant, will offer his personal reinterpretation of two emblematic dishes of the 19th century: one representative of popular cuisine and the other of the more refined side. A delicious fusion of history and creativity that celebrates the richness of Mediterranean cuisine in its different expressions.
