From May 15th to 18th. From Thursday to Saturday the show will start at 20h and the tasting will be at 22h, on Sunday the show will be at 19h and the tasting at 21h.

A tasty plan full of memory: Sala Russafa and the restaurant Doña Petrona pay tribute to the yayas with an experience that unites theater and gastronomy on the same stage.
The evening begins with “Rogles de cançons i miseria”, a play in Valencian by the company Cactus Teatre, which collects stories of anonymous women from other generations. They say that grandmothers are the guardians of memory, the ones who teach us to take care, to cook with love and to celebrate with what is in the pantry. At FESTÍN València, we pay tribute to them with a play at Sala Russafa and a very special snack at Doña Petrona: the empanadas Gladis, and Elda, are named after Carito Lourenço’s grandmothers, from whom she inherited her love for cooking. Both are accompanied by the perfect pairing of a good beer. A taste of embrace and the legacy they leave us.
