Show cooking of monastic cuisine which starts with an introduction to the space of Convent Carmen, with an explanation of the Convent of Saint Joseph and Saint Teresa and the history of the church in the seventeenth century. At the end of the tour, you will be able to enjoy show cooking in the church itself, where Michelin-starred chef Miguel Ángel Mayor invites you to join him in an overview of the history of monastic cuisine and will talk about the basic ingredients we have inherited in current gastronomy. To finish up, you will be invited to taste the 3 snacks prepared by the chef during show cooking and wash them down with some wine.
