This year’s proposal takes as its frame of reference the exhibition EL BOSQUE by Hugo Martínez Tormo in the Contrafuertes hall. From there we propose a sensory journey through the Valencian rural landscape guided by Luca Bernasconi, a hotelier with a passion for wine and more than 20 years of experience in the sector, who together with Hugo Martínez Tormo (artist), Javi Revert (winegrower), Ruth Carbonell Baeza (Ramadera i técnica de projectes del Observatori del Pastoralisme Extensiu de la Mediterránea), Aitana Camps Gisbert (Manager of the Turia-Calderona Local Action Group) and Chabe Soler (Gastronomic Director of Villa Indiano, Gastronomic Advisor and Consultant). They will tell us about their vision of sustainability and the importance of the environment in their various disciplines.
After a visit to the exhibition, our guests will participate in a round table discussion with the sustainability of the rural environment as a common thread to finish with a tasting of Javi Revert’s wines and Chabe Soler’s culinary proposal.
