Experience from the palate a tribute to the work of Joaquín Sorolla in a gastronomic journey through the landscapes, customs and flavours of various regions. Inspired by the 14 panels of the Vision of Spain collection of paintings, this experiential dinner projects the work of the Valencian master in real size on a panoramic screen, while chef Jorge de Andrés presents each dish paired with the scenes that inspire it.

The chef’s intimate and detailed narration accompanies each presentation, revealing how the paintings are transformed into flavours and emotions on the plate. A symphony between art and cuisine that has been recognised with the National Hospitality Award for the most outstanding cultural proposal.

A sensory experience that fuses heritage, creativity and gastronomy to pay tribute to the spirit of Sorolla.
