Flores Raras fuera de campo

Shiras Galería brings together artist Cristina Gamón and chef Carolina Álvarez, from Quique Dacosta's Flores Raras Restaurant (two Michelin stars), in an experience where art and gastronomy illuminate each other. Gamón's abstractions inspire a tasting experience that converts colours into flavours and textures into memory to awaken the senses. From the welcome drink to the very last morsels of food, each creation enters into a dialogue with the Fuera de campo exhibition to build an intimate and sensory encounter, where beauty is contemplated… and likewise savoured.
