The Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia opens its doors and offers a guided tour to help you discover its international, avantgarde architectural space, and enjoy an incredible experience with the aid of one of its artistic groups of great renown, the Choir of the Generalitat Valenciana.

At the end of the concert, you will be served a luncheon prepared by prestigious chef, Pablo Ministro, in Restaurante Contrapunto, located in the Les Arts building itself.

Roast leeks with orange vinaigrette, olives, almonds and saffron emulsion.

Olé mis huevos. “Poached egg with Parmentier potatoes, truffle, bread and ham crumbs and pork tail and boletus”.

Main course:

Wild sea bass and organic shitake rice.

Dessert:

Citric cottage cheese with seasonal fruit ice cream.

Glass of red/white wine, beer, refreshment or water.
