The Centre del Carme Cultura Contemporània would like to invite you to show cooking by 3-Michelin starred chef Quique Dacosta, who, together with his team, will be presenting a talk/show cooking called Papers, on the different “papers” drawn up and used in his kitchen. The exhibition by Fuencisla Francés “Punto de fuga”, which is on display in the exhibit hall, has helped inspire this activity which aims at making art more familiar by using its language.
