Les Arts opens its doors to reveal the magic that happens before the show starts. After touring hidden corners of Calatrava's icon, you will discover where architecture and emotion are intertwined. The experience culminates at the Contrapunto Les Arts restaurant, with a menu inspired by the opera Salomé, on the bill those days. Intense flavours, echoes of the Orient and a pairing that accompanies each bite make the gesture of eating an extension of Strauss's work.
