Art and liquid cuisine in a sensory experience inspired by the work of Simone Fattal, guided by chef Sandra Jorge.
IVAM once again joins FESTÍN València, with a liquid proposal to taste and travel through the contemporary creation of Simone Fattal.
The experience will include a special visit, accompanied by the chef Sandra Jorge and the IVAM mediation team, to the exhibition ‘Simone Fattal. Suspension of Disbelief’, in which to discover both the career of the Syrian-Lebanese artist and how her work has served as inspiration to create a special liquid tasting menu inspired by Fattal’s work.
After the visit, the attendees will taste the menu served in an exceptional way inside the museum’s facilities.
