The Church of Santos Juanes is transformed into a living stage to explore its Baroque heritage and its close relationship with the city’s commercial history. After an immersive visit revealing the secrets of the temple and its connection with urban life, the experience continues with a tasting menu created by the Fraula restaurant, with chefs Roseta Félix and Dani Malavia. From a room with panoramic views of the Market Square, taste four mouthfuls which reinterpret, using haute cuisine, forgotten Valencian recipes.
