Galería Ana Serratosa / The chef’s garden. From the garden to the table, by Jordi Morera

Come and see “Esto nos salvará”, project by Egyptian artist Ghada Amer has displayed in the three Ana Serratosa´s Gallery headquarters. 

Amer´s work is worldly recognized, and it approaches different disciplines and materials like embroidery, pottery or garden installations. Her artwork reflects about feminism, gender roles or cultural identity. 

In this experience you will visit the installation that Ghada Amer has created specifically for the garden of Turia, designing flowerpots letter shaped for vegetable cultivation. During the experience, you will enjoy the “De la huerta a la casa” showcooking, by chef Jordi Morera. Using the vegetables varieties, the chef will show you innovative seasonings to prepare your salads.
