Feast in black and white. Chema Madoz - Begoña Rodrigo

At the Centre del Carme, the visual imagination of Chema Madoz meets Begoña Rodrigo`s culinary creativity in a proposal that blurs the boundaries between art and cuisine. The exhibition, built from objects that are transformed into metaphors, opens up a space where the everyday is reinvented through the play between light and shadow. Inspired by this poetic universe, the chef creates a black and white tasting menu that prolongs the artist's gaze: dishes that enter into a dialogue with the pieces, confusing the eye and stimulating taste. The experience is completed with selected 2026 wines from the Utiel Requena Designation of Origin.
