Guided tour of the Museo Visigodo de Pla de Nadal, housed in the castle of Riba-roja, with an archaeological expert. At the end of the tour, you will be invited to a sampling inspired by this historical moment, in La Muralleta by the chef Lina Marcela. The menu is the result of extensive research carried out by chef Joan Clement, who studied the products and culinary techniques typical of the period and place and came up with a menu with no shortage of cereals and intense dressings, roast meat with vegetables, tubers and well-spiced fruits.
