Llíria City of Music and Dénia City of Gastronomy / Soundtrack: La gamba roja de Dénia (An explosion of the senses from Camp de Túria to La Marina Alta)

UNESCO creative cities, Dénia and Llíria, join together in an innovative event offering art and gastronomy. The Llíria City of Music ensemble interprets the soundtrack of the “Gamba Roja de Dénia”, by composers Javier Pinto and José Pastor, while chef Jordi Andrés, from El Tresmall Restaurant, prepares a dish with red shrimp as the main ingredient for you to try and savour on the spot.
