Paco Roncero is one of the main exponents of avantgarde cooking. During the course of his career, he has been awarded major prizes like Chef l’Avenir (2005), and the National Award for Gastronomy (2006). He has also been awarded two Michelin Stars and three Soles Repsol.

The collaboration between Hayon and Paco Roncero dates back to a decade ago, when he designed the interior decoration of the Terrace of the Madrid Casino. Initially, the designer added new furnishing elements which sought a balance between the past and the future, vindicating the building’s history and connecting it with Paco Roncero’s innovative cooking. The joint project was a resounding success and was highly acclaimed by both critics and diners.

On the occasion of FESTIN, the chef has succeeded in transferring the ambiance at his restaurant to the exhibition in the CCCC and he is sure to surprise us with his creations in a cooking show that will leave no one indifferent.
