The gastro-cultural event takes place in the framework of the Emergency on Planet Earth. An exhibition that includes 14 urban artists who, through large-scale artistic installations created in situ in the Goerlich-Ferreres Hall of the CCCC, address 12 problems which are in fact just one: Emergency on Planet Earth.

This exhibition will be the setting in which one-star Michelin chef María José Martínez, with one Repsol Sol, will show us the deep environmental awareness on which his work is based in a chat/cooking show called The greatness of the miniscule: the bee, a homage to, and defence of, apiculture.

María José has just started collaborating with prestigious photographer Raúl Belinchón. Together, they are going to launch a project on canvas about sustainability. Small-scale producers, bees, craftspeople… all of whom will feature in small stories that deserve to be known and savoured, through our eyes too.
