Gandia proposes a journey to the sixteenth century to discover how cane sugar transformed its history and gave splendour to the capital of La Safor. Following a guided tour of the Palau Ducal which traces the footprint of the “white gold”, the experience culminates with three elaborations of Pastisseria Tano that reinterpret period recipes: Arnadi mousse, mini almond croissant and chocolate with nuts.
