Between flowers and magic: the art of comics in gastronomy

From the oldest winery in the city comes this proposal that combines illustration, territory and flavour from the artist specialising in comics Piluca del Valle and the chefs of Valencia Club Cocina: Lluis Penyafort and Guillermo Micó. Through a tasting menu paired with Valencian wines, the winemaker Rosa Vázquez will show you how the flavours are transformed into cartoons and how the gastronomic landscape can be interpreted from the drawing.
