From the Nolla mosaic to the palate

50 places (25 people per session) The historic Asilo de San Juan Bautista, now the campus of the European University, houses the largest collection of Nolla mosaics in Valencia. Through a guided tour by experts from ARAE Heritage and Restoration, geometries and colours reveal hidden stories in each ceramic piece. Inspired by this visual universe, the chefs of 2 Estaciones create the "Nolla bites", showcooking where seasonal cuisine becomes a metaphor for change and evolution. An experience where decorative arts and gastronomy connect with the language of detail.
